The interior and existing materials are reused or refurbished as much as possible, and changes to the existing layout are kept to a minimum.
In doing so, we make the most of the opportunities that upcycling offers and embrace the sustainable, circular thinking that is becoming increasingly widespread.
The building retains its current appearance but gets a new lease on life through extensive programming.

Transformation
WeenaCentral, built in the 1980s for Stad Rotterdam Verzekeringen and used for years as the headquarters for various corporations, is now awaiting a new purpose. In the meantime, the high-quality building is being transformed into a dynamic location with a vibrant programming schedule.
