As you walk up to this gorgeous beautiful 9000 square foot building, located at Calle al Mar in Belize City, our Security person will greet you as you arrive and will lead you up the stairs to the second floor and our main entrance. There you will enter a reception area where you will enjoy the some of the sites of Belize painted by local artists that showcase Belize and its diverse culture. The receptionist will greet you with a smile and show you around our Physical Office setting. On the main floor you will find 30 open area workstations that can be used privately,or as a part of a joint or co-working environment. From this floor you can take the circular stairs to the third floor where awaits you is another 20 open area workstations and executive private offices. You will also find a beautiful porch that stretches the entire length of the front of the building. The deck overlooks a typical tropical Belize scenery. Palm trees, a soccer (football) stadium and of course the Caribbean Sea is within 50 yards of our office. Our building is lucky to enjoy full windows that allows the Caribbean Sun to filter into the Air Conditioned work spaces. The first or lower level is where you will find a well set conference room to accommodate the most sophisticated individuals to an investment presenter, or a company wishing to provide training. This meeting room is easily equipped to sit 50 + people or just the executive team of 14 at our hand built Mahogany Conference Room Table and chairs to assist your sitting comfort.

Located in the Business heart of Belize City, the centre is within 50 yards pf the Caribbean Sea as seen from many points of viewing in the building. We are located within a 2 minute drive to all the major hotel destinations within the City itself. Across the way to the West is the football field where many teams from all over come to play, remember we can watch these from our own bird's eye view on the deck at the third level. Magnificent fauna adorns the surrounding of a Tropical Paradise with many colour plants and palm trees. To the East is the actual access to some of the famous tours for Belize City. Then to the South this brings us to some of the shopping area on Freetown Road.
